Two pets are permitted per apartment, and we gladly welcome all breeds and sizes—no weight limits or breed restrictions apply. To ensure a harmonious living environment, a pet meet-and-greet might be required prior to approval. There is a non-refundable pet fee of $300 and a monthly pet rent of $50.
